This year The Bridge End Outdoor Centre started to offer accommodation for individuals for £14 per person per night. This makes the outdoor centre the perfect place for birdwatchers. We offer budget, self catering accommodation making bird watching in Shetland affordable to as many people as possible.
Shetland is a fantastic place for bird watching with many rare migrants sightings during spring and autumn migrations. This autumn has been a fantastic one for birdwatchers with Parrot Crossbill, Rustic Bunting, Yellow-Browed Warblers, Great Grey Shrikes, Red Breasted Flycatcher and many more making an appearance.
We have accommodation available for spring and autumn migrations in 2018. Rooms available for individuals and small groups while larger groups can book exclusive use of centre.
