Otters at the outdoor centre
Otters are regularly spotted in the waters around the Bridge End Outdoor Centre. This photo was taken from far away using a phone but on the left you can just make out an otter in the water. I watched for about 15 minutes while 2 otters caught and ate fish.
Shetland has the highest density of otters in Europe so it is always worth keeping an eye on the water as you travel around Shetland!
