Budget accommodation in Shetland perfect for bird watching holidays

As autumn approaches, thoughts in Shetland start to turn to the possibility of rare bird sightings. During spring and autumn bird migrations Shetland is a perfect stopping point for birds, meaning we get regular sightings of unusual birds.

Many people come to stay for weeks at a time, hoping to be on site should a rare bird be spotted.

At the Outdoor centre, we provide accommodation from £14pppn. Out location in Burra is central, allowing you to easily travel North, south or west in response to bird alerts. We also have wifi included so you can keep up to date with birding discussions.

With self catering facilities, you can prepare your own meals and packed lunches to fit in with your timings.

During spring and autumn we are taking individual/small group bookings so no minimum charge for stays apply just £14 per night.

Contact us on 01595 859 486 or email info@bridgeendoutdoor.com for more information or to book.
